Primary documents before popularity
Our English pages are researched for their own reader questions and markets. They are not automatic translations of the French library.
Identify the exact model
Generation, model code, plug, dimensions and regional storefront are checked before two products are compared.
Start with primary sources
Official manuals, specifications, warranties, shipping policies and privacy notices are preferred. Veterinary or feline-behaviour sources support welfare advice.
Expose conflicting information
If two official blocks disagree, the conflict is shown. We do not silently select the larger capacity or the more flattering number.
Match the real household
Cat size, posture, mobility, litter preference, number of cats, room layout and return conditions matter more than a feature count.

What a commercial link can and cannot do
An affiliate relationship may determine whether a purchase link is available. It does not determine the winner, remove a drawback or justify a recommendation outside the supported market.

Editorial images generated or composed with AI assistance carry an explicit caption. They illustrate a scenario, category or observation protocol; they are not evidence of a physical product test or a real clinical event.
The caption identifies the visual and keeps factual claims tied to sources in the article.
Official product photography names the manufacturer or source and is not presented as Félinscope photography.
An image cannot turn document-led research into a physical test.
Corrections and dates
Every important number needs a date
Prices, model generations, delivery areas and app features change. Product-led pages show when their commercial details were checked and link to primary sources.
- Material factual corrections are applied to the page, not hidden in social media.
- Manufacturer claims are labelled when they have not been independently reproduced.
- Hands-on language is never used unless the product and protocol were genuinely handled by the editorial team.
- Readers can use the contact details in our legal notice to flag an error or outdated market route.
